We have 20 years experience in the industry with a property care association (PCA) certified surveyor in remedial treatments (CSRT) offering a professional service, ensuring correct diagnosis and quality workmanship from initial inspection through to completed works.
What do we do?
- We carry out inspections for dampness issues, timber infestations and decays, basement water proofing systems and condensation and mould controls
- Reports are submitted to the client with findings, recommendations and quotations for works if required.
- The works are completed to a high standard leaving a clean site and happy client.
- We issue our own guarantees for 10 or 20 years depending on treatments and can also offer independent insurance backed guarantees.
